Project: Sponsor a Document Shredder for Residents

The Foundation will sponsor a document shredder company on Saturday, December 5, 2020 for residents of Sunland Village to dispose of personal papers.

Project: Install a Handicapped Automatic Door at the Village Office

The Foundation will fund the installation of a handicapped automatic entrance door at the Village office. Cost is $2,075.

Project: Provide cookies for the Mesa Fire Dept. located across from the Village entrance on Greenfield Ave.

The Foundation wanted to purchase any needed equipment for the Mesa Fire Department located across the street from the main entrance to the Village on Greenfield. Because the department did not have any immediate needs, they suggested that the Foundation keep them supplied with cookies.

Project: New Resident Meeting refreshments

The Foundation will continue its practice of providing refreshments to the residents who attend the New Resident Meeting usually held in January and March of each year.

Project: Fund the design and plantings around the outside of the Village

The Foundation will fund the design and installation of plantings around the outside of the Village.

Project: Sponsor a Health & Safety Expo for January 27, 2021

The Foundation will again sponsor and conduct a Health & Safety Expo in the auditorium for Village residents and interested residents outside the Village on January 27, 2021

Project: Lighting the Palm Trees at the entrance of the Village at Diamond & Greenfield each night during the year.

The Foundation will fund the electricity required to light the Palm Trees along the road at the entrance of the Village.

Project: Donate to the Sunland Village Golf Course beautification project.

Project: Provide Foundation Pens & Note Pads at the Village Library Computer Stations

Project: Donate to the Highland High School Orchestra Department for the strolling strings group call the Starlight Serenade - $1,000.
